We don't just Build Homes. We Build Client Confidence. Building a home is a big decision. For most it is the largest investment they will make in their life. Choosing the right home design and floor plan are very important in fulfilling your needs and desires, as is choosing the right builder. Every home we build is generally designed or tuned by us to make sure it suits the customer's lifestyle, needs, and budget.Having the Knowledge to Move Forward Once all the details are known, priced, and agreed upon, the contract can be finalized with all details of your new home clearly spelled out. The building process will begin once financing is secured and final prints, permits, and down payment are obtained. As the house construction progresses, payment is made according to the draw schedule defined in our contract. Once each draw is due, a representative from the financial institution will inspect the construction site to make sure work is completed as described before releasing a payment.Quality Homes for a Quality Lifestyle As your new home is being built, we will keep you informed of decisions needed by you such as roof color, brick or other exterior color, paint, interior flooring, cabinets, etc. Don't worry; you'll have plenty of time so that you never feel rushed or overwhelmed. We want our customers to have a great building experience with us and recommend us to their friends and family; this is extremely important to us, as it is how we receive the majority of our business. We try very hard to go the "extra mile" to ensure your happiness. With all the extra details in our contract and our above-average standard amenities, you will not have to worry about all the unnecessary "extras" that many builders rely on.Respect the Customer The contract price is all you will have to pay. Rest assured that if you do want to make a change or upgrade as the home is being built, it can easily be done by completing a change order sheet noting the new details and cost (if any).Satisfaction: Exceeding your Expectations Unlike many other builders you are welcome on site as you wish. We enjoy seeing our customers and the smiles on their faces, as their dream becomes a reality. After your new home is complete and has passed all necessary inspections, we will do a walk-through with you in order to orient you with your new home as well as address any possible issues. |
